About Spinch Casino

Who We Are

Spinch is owned and operated by Tessera Limited S.R.L., a company registered in San Jose, Costa Rica, which currently acts as the contracting party under our terms of service. We operate under a licence issued by the Gaming Board of Anjouan (Union of Comoros), licence No. ALSI-202410047-FI2, which also covers our sister brand 1Red. We're proud to be part of a wider family of respected brands, including OnLuck, Loki Casino, and Bets.io, all of which share our commitment to responsible, transparent gaming. Our governing law and jurisdiction is Costa Rica, and we take our regulatory obligations seriously in every market we serve.

We welcome players from across Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, South Africa, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom, and we're especially proud of our crypto-friendly approach to gaming. Whether you prefer traditional currencies like EUR, USD, GBP, CHF, AUD, CAD, NZD, PLN, NOK, or ZAR, or you'd rather play using Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or one of our other supported cryptocurrencies, we at Spinch make sure your preferred way of playing is always available.

Our Game Selection

At Spinch, we've built a library of over 7,000 games, including more than 6,000 slots, sourced from over 60 of the industry's most trusted providers. Our partnerships include Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Playson, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Yggdrasil, Big Time Gaming, NetEnt, Red Tiger, PG Soft, and dozens more. Whatever your taste in gaming, you'll find something that suits you in our collection.

What You'll Find in Our Lobby

• Slots and Spinch Games (our in-house originals)
• Live Casino tables with real dealers
• Jackpot games, including an in-house progressive pool
• Table games, Roulette, Blackjack, and Craps
• Scratch Cards, Daily Quests, and Tournaments
• Bonus Buy features and Drops & Wins promotions

We've also developed our own exclusive Spinch Casino originals — titles like Chicken Road, Chicken Road 2.0, Mine Slot, AviaFly, Diver, Twist, Plinko, Stairs, Squid Gamebler, and Penalty Unlimited. These games were created in-house, and we're genuinely proud to offer something you won't find anywhere else.

For fans of live dealer action, our live casino floor is powered by Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Winfinity, Absolute Live Gaming, Amusnet Live, BetGames, Lucky Streak, and Iconic 21. Whether you're after blackjack, roulette, or a game show format, our live tables run around the clock.

Our In-House Jackpot Pool

We've created our own three-tier jackpot system that any qualifying real-money bet from just 1 USD can trigger:

These jackpots are drawn at any time once the pool reaches its minimum threshold, giving everyone a fair shot at a life-changing win.

Our Bonuses and Promotions

When you join Spinch, we welcome you with our Welcome Pack — 225% up to 31,500 EUR plus 225 Free Spins spread across your first three deposits. Our first deposit bonus alone offers 100% up to 30,000 EUR along with 100 Free Spins on Candy Monsta. We've designed our wagering requirements and timeframes to be clear and manageable, with full details always available in our Spinch bonus terms.

Beyond the welcome offer, Spinch Casino runs a full calendar of ongoing promotions:

• Weekend Reload bonus, every Friday to Sunday
• Daily Cashback up to 10% on losses
• Wednesday Cashback at a flat 20%
• Weekly Cashback up to 20% of losses
• Bonus Cancellation offer on withdrawal requests

We also run Lucky Lootbox, Secret Drops, Scratch Cards, Daily Quests, and our Spinch Daily Challenge, so there's always something new happening on our platform.

Our Loyalty and VIP Program

At Spinch, loyalty is rewarded. Our Loyalty Program spans 25 levels, and every bet you place on slots earns you Complimentary Points that unlock free spins, cash rewards, and cashback percentages that climb as high as 20% at our top tiers. Each level you reach also grants extra chances on our Mega Spinch Wheel.

For our most dedicated players, we offer a dedicated VIP Club. Our VIP members receive a personal account manager, priority withdrawals, exclusive bonuses, invitations to VIP tournaments, individually negotiated withdrawal limits, and higher caps on no-deposit free spin winnings. We believe that the players who spend the most time with us deserve the most personal level of care, and our VIP team works hard to make that happen.

Banking at Spinch

We've made deposits and withdrawals at Spinch Casino as smooth as possible. You can fund your account using Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Open Banking, Skrill, Neteller, Paysafecard, MiFinity, bank transfer, and a wide range of cryptocurrencies processed via CoinsPaid. All our deposits are instant and free of charge.

Withdrawals are just as straightforward. We process payouts instantly after approval across all our methods, with bank transfers typically completed within 10 banking days. Our minimum withdrawal starts at 30 EUR, and we've structured our withdrawal limits to grow alongside your deposit history, with VIP players able to negotiate individual limits with their personal manager.

Security, Fairness, and Responsible Gaming

We take player protection seriously at Spinch. Every withdrawal requires identity verification, and we ask that all submitted documents be legible and provided within the required timeframe to keep your account in good standing. We also want to be clear that using VPNs or other tools to falsify your geolocation is against our terms and can lead to account restrictions — we built our platform to be fair for everyone, and that starts with honest play from both sides.

Our games undergo regular testing through our trusted providers, and our progressive jackpot slots are always paid out in full, regardless of the payout cap that applies to other large wins. We've designed Spinch Casino to be a place where you can play with confidence.
